Return, Refund and Cancellation policy
Our return policy takes 7 days. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you receive a broken product, send an email to email@example.com us the images of the broken product you have received and the image of your invoice within 24 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, we unfortunately have to inform you that we cannot exchange / replace the defective product.
We accept the return of products sent by us and if the item is defective due to an error on our part (for example, a wrong item). Item (s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

Requirements for Returns:
- Must contain a valid original order number from Million Trendz. Purchases outside of Million Trendz must contact their seller for returns.
- All returned products must be in the original packaging with no missing or damaged parts.
- If the product has been used or has scratches, this cannot be accepted for return.
- Return shipment is at the expense of the buyer.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for both ways.
- Refund processes can take up to 7-10 business days after the item is received.
- We recommend that you add a tracking number or delivery confirmation to your shipment to ensure that your return is received (highly recommended for international returns).
- If you are not satisfied with the product quality, you can only exchange your product for another product of the same price. We do not have a refund policy in this case because our products are tested by our Quality Assurance team

Send us the photo of the product you have, make sure it is in its original condition. You can e-mail us at email@example.com
If we have sent you the wrong product by mistake, then reverse pickup is free. Shipping the replacement product is also free.
If we have sent you the correct product, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
As soon as the product has been collected from you, we will send the replacement at the same time (time to solution less 3 days).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective / broken product, this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

NOTE: The replacement will only start after our quality control process to check that the product is intact (in any case not damaged or damaged; not used as received). If the product does not comply with the quality control process, no replacement will be started.
The refund policy applies if the replacement of a damaged product is not available.
In the event of a refund, 20% administration costs will be deducted from the order amount if a collection has been arranged. If the customer is ready to send the product to the return address, no deduction will be applied and the full amount will be reimbursed using the available methods.
In the case of online paid orders, customer's bank account information is required and the refund will be credited within 7-10 business days of receiving the product. Alternatively, repayments can also be made via PayTM and Google Pay.
